I am a medical educator who specializes in health professions education and leadership development. I developed and co-lead two cohort-based leadership development programs for early and mid-career physicians and scientists.

I have a professional network of leadership experts that I collaborate with to bring in specific content expertise.

I use adult learning principles and highly interactive Liberating Structures to design activities for team building, strategic planning, leadership development and retreats. I am highly-skilled in co-creating and providing in person and virtual programming.
