Hitit is the Turkish spelling of Hittite and a play on the words “Hit it” as in “begin to do something”.
The logo of HITIT Coaching is the Hittite Sun Disc, an ancient Anatolian symbol from the Early Bronze Age.
The sun dial represents the Art of Coaching.
I believe leadership coaching should be accessible to anyone who could benefit from it, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, or job title.
The HITIT payment structure is designed to support financial equity and create a needs-based distribution of resources.

Supporting Future Leaders
Having a coach as a new leader not only helped me survive, but showed me how coaching can make a significant difference and accelerate the capacity to lead.
I am therefore coaching students for a minimal fee, and I offer markedly reduced rates for residents and early-career faculty. Based on where you are in your training or on your leadership trajectory, I invite you to contribute an amount that feels appropriate and financially sustainable for you.
-
Paying It Forward
If my rates are the only thing preventing you from working with me as your leadership coach, please do let me know so that we can explore a plan that will work for you.
If you are not able to contribute any amount, we can also discuss pro-bono coaching or co-create options for you to pay it forward in a capacity of your choice. It is important to me that we find a solution that creates shared value for society and elevates everyone in the process.

Inviting Institutional Sponsorship
If you manage a departmental budget for professional development or are an executive-level leader of an organization who wants to work with me, I recommend a higher institutional rate as a way to help cover the cost for coaching clients who cannot contribute the full amount.
This helps ensure a vibrant and strong bench of future leaders that ultimately benefits all of us. I value these conversations as an opportunity to connect, explore and find creative ways to attend to everyone’s needs.
